Actual heat-up times will vary depending on ambient temperature, electrical supply, ventilation, initial cabin temperature and how frequently the door is opened.

Electrical Requirements

A hardwired single-phase electrical connection is required. No standard plug is supplied. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 (Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules) and applicable state or territory electrical safety requirements.

Recommended Exterior Finish

We recommend applying a suitable exterior wood oil shortly after installation. Many customers choose Danish Oil, which enhances the natural grain while adding protection from the elements. Please note that Danish Oil will naturally deepen the colour of the timber over time. Alternative exterior oils, stains or paints may also be used depending on your preferred finish. Because appearance is a personal choice, the sauna is supplied untreated. Do not apply conventional paint, varnish or unsuitable chemical treatments to the internal benches or interior sauna surfaces.

2-year mechanical and electrical warranty: manufacturing-defect cover for infrared heating tubes and elements, supplied sauna heaters (including Harvia), lights, display panels, controls and other supplied mechanical or electrical components.

3-year structural warranty: manufacturing-defect cover for all exterior timber components of the sauna. This does not extend mechanical or electrical cover to three years.

Periods begin on the original order date. Installation on a solid, level and stable base and care in accordance with the user manual are required. Damage caused by an unsuitable base, ground movement, misuse, weather exposure outside specifications or missed maintenance is excluded to the extent it caused or contributed to the fault.
